Sarah graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Montreal with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and has been a member of the Order of Dietitian Nutritionists of Quebec since 2019. Passionate about everything directly or indirectly related to food, Sarah has also a diploma in Hotel Management Techniques from the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality of Quebec as well as a certificate in Management and sociocultural practices of gastronomy from the University of Quebec in Montreal. She is currently completing her graduate diploma specializing in nutrition - functional food and health from Laval University.
Her expertise in catering and gastronomy supports her nutritional intervention methods, which focus on culinary basics and how to optimize skills to make food more nutritious and, above all, more appetizing.
She is very attentive to the needs of her clients and offers individual and family solutions based on the most recent nutritional recommendations and based on scientific evidence.
