Providing care for families, regardless of their situation, is possible thanks to the RASC, which financially supports services for young people under the care of Approach 180.

​This program allows families meeting at least one of the eligibility criteria below to benefit from a subsidy allowing them to receive the services of MSP professionals, according to their recommendations, over a period of 1 year, free of charge.

Grant eligibility criteria:

  • Child living in youth center or intermediate resources;
  • Child living in foster care;
  • Family with refugee status;
  • Family living at the Canada Revenue Agency's low-income cut-offs (LICO).

Other grant requirements:

  • Young people 2 to 18 years old
  • Overweight or obesity (if your child is not already under the care of our team, the referral form must be completed by their attending physician)

How to proceed :

  • Complete the individual family grant application form ;
  • Submit the duly completed form as well as the documentation (if necessary) to the administrative assistant of the MSP;
  • Our team will process your request carefully (1-2 weeks);
  • We will keep you informed of the response by telephone or email, your preference;
  • If your application is accepted, the details of the grant will be explained to you and you can than make an appointment.
